Refund Policy - the basics

Our refund policy is straightforward: if you receive a product that is structurally imperfect you can return it within 7 days of receipt for a replacement of the item. For unopened items, we accept returns within 1 week of delivery for store credit. We want to ensure satisfaction with every purchase!
